Having spent the last 30 years of my career with a focus on HR and people, I understand the importance of continual development and providing everyone with the opportunity to be their best selves. I believe it is essential that school provides an environment of learning, development, safety, stretch and challenge to every child.

Married with triplets at Wade Deacon, I wanted to use my business and people experience to provide support and challenge as a Governor, continuing the journey of inclusivity and equality already within Wade Deacon. Outside of my executive career, I spend time with my family and friends, and have a real passion for reading and travelling.
