Wade Deacon High School has been named in the top 30% of all schools nationally in data published by The Real Schools’ Guide. The data also re-establishes our school as the top performing school in Halton.
The guide rates schools in 4 categories including attainment, progress, attendance and a range of wider ‘outcomes’ with Wade Deacon receiving 4 out of 5 stars in each category. Data highlighted consistency across all areas of school life that ultimately drove our strong performance.
Our Principal Mr Corner was naturally thrilled with the news: “To receive this affirmation at the end of such a challenging period has been an incredible boost for the staff here.We are very proud of our school community and how we have been able to further enhance the quality of education in recent years. Recognition of our success is very welcome, but does not happen by chance. It involves a massive team effort from absolutely everyone – our students, the entire staff team and our parents and carers working tirelessly together to make this school successful. Thank you to everyone involved and rest assured we are as determined as ever to maintain our ‘commitment to excellence,’ he said.
