Welcome to Wade Deacon High School.
It is both a privilege and a pleasure to serve as Executive Principal of Wade Deacon High School, a school with a long-standing reputation for excellence, ambition and strong community values. Every day, I am inspired by the dedication of our staff, the support of our families and, most importantly, the exceptional young people who make our school such a vibrant place to learn and grow.
Having worked in education for over twenty years as a senior leader, Principal and Trust Director of Education, I remain passionate about the transformative power of education. Throughout my career, I have been committed to raising aspirations, improving outcomes and ensuring that every young person is given the opportunity to fulfil their potential. I am also a proud parent of two boys and a girl, and I understand the importance of providing young people with the very best opportunities for success, both in school and beyond.
At Wade Deacon High School, our vision is clear. We strive to provide an outstanding educational experience for every student. We want our young people to leave us with excellent qualifications, a wealth of knowledge and skills, and the confidence, character and resilience needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.

As Executive Principal, I am proud of all that we have achieved together and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. Working in partnership with our staff, students, governors, families and the wider community, we will continue to build on our strengths and ensure that Wade Deacon High School remains a place where everyone can flourish.
