Temporary Traffic Lights
We would like to make you aware that on Wednesday 7th October, temporary traffic lights have been installed on the road outside school due to roadworks taking place on the opposite side of the road (the Crown Pub side).
We have been advised that the works are expected to remain in place for up to five days.
The work is not connected to the school and relates to an issue that has recently arisen on the opposite side of the road. As a result, the works have been scheduled at short notice.
Please be assured that all school gates remain fully accessible for students entering and leaving the site. However, the temporary traffic management is likely to cause some congestion at the start and end of the school day.
We ask that all parents, carers, students, staff and visitors take extra care when travelling to and from school, particularly when crossing the road or moving around the temporary traffic lights.
